Warning unable to detect manifest file

If you conly copy the module to the module folder you can load it via backend function "New" as above but you cannot delete it without changing the database manually. These two changes should hopefully eliminate the more exotic errors and allow me to proceed with my site development. Upgrading to 1. But when looking at here, PHP in Version 4. This definitely needs some clarification from the development team. Thus, a kludge "fix" for the "Unable to detect manifest file" problem, for some is to upgrade to Joomla!
